Mom 01-24-2017

Received calls from this number asking if I was ***** mom if so press 1. Pressed one and no other responses.

Talk2Humans 05-26-2016

Call number one: The call was answered and there was a "robo" female that asks for an individual by name. The person who answered the phone hung up. Phone rang again from same number, but it was not answered and no message was left on V.M.

The # on the caller id is not the 800 depicted here. I reviewed the comments, and they are from various parts of the US AND some refer to hospitals & ER's, but never the same one. All are listed under this 800 number.

The calls received (in this report) all showed up as a local #, and the exchange is the same as a hospital phone number exchange.

No way of speaking to a human. I/we do not communicate with a robo anything! I/we did call the hospital and asked them to look up that local number since every exchange using it is affiliated with them or at the hospital (what we have found to date). They put us on hold. When they came back to the phone they said they had no record of the last 4 digits.

The number has called every day EXCEPT for the one day we called the hospital. That was the same day we also called the number back from the caller id. When calling back the local #, robo lady went right into her robo bull. That was yesterday.

TODAY was different! The local number call came in, BUT for the first time it left a MESSAGE! It said it was the hospital system, and call 800-770-0142.

The above = facts. Below = personal opinion

So, company surveying for numerous hospital systems..... QA..... Both inpatient & ER by the looks of the comments.

Poor way of doing this. Robo.... Asking by name..... Stating health.... Days later leaving a V.M. with 800#

Who knows.... We don't. Best guess: Insurance companies do survey via mail on patient safety, experience etc. Perhaps hospitals & health systems would like to check satisfaction first. If so, we do not find it a satisfactory way of resolving anything if they are checking satisfaction, i.e. anything that needs resolution..... Maybe individuals with broken bones, illness etc. would prefer rest. That's our personal opinion.
