SCAM ALERT: They left voice mails for several days saying they were representing someone who was taking action against me. They used my maiden name, but I have been married for more than 12 years, and I have little background and activity under my maiden name. My cell should be in no way linked to my maiden name either. I was suspicious about how they have my current number but not my name so when I called back I asked them to identify themselves and who they were calling for. The phone rep would only say "NIC" and wouldn't answer any other questions. Instead she said she would take my phone number off the account and then hung up.
