I never answer unfamiliar numbers. Left a message - a very FOREIGN sounding male saying his name is John and he is calling about Medicare. Getting no response, since he is talking to a machine, he kept saying HELLO, HELLO and calling my name, asking if I can hear him. He finally hung up. The second scam call so far today and it is not yet noon!
