Five more unwanted calls have come from this Bradley VOIP number in recent weeks, all in willful violation of the Do Not Call law. Each time, when the answering machine picks up, there is dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public.
This predator has been flagged as a scam contractor (probably unlicensed). Even the venerable website www.whitepages.com describes this number as "scam or fraud." Avoid this shyster!
This number has been calling my home phone number for the last 6 months 4 to 6 times a week. The caller ID on my Sentry 3 call blocker says Joel Leisure. Obviously this is a robocall because a person calling would have given up after the first couple of tries.
Another unwanted call from this Bradley CA VOIP number arrived today, just 1 week after the last unwanted call on Feb. 5. When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a sure sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public.
