This number is spoofed by lots of telemarketers, now it comes up as caller ID "IMC" and this week is a paid political fundraiser for the NRA. As a political call, it's legal, except I don't think they're meant to monkey with the caller ID - and man are they persistent, multiple calls daily, regardless of political affiliation I would not contribute simply due to the sheer annoyance level.
