Called again. Asked if he could talk to Dawn. I have told them my situation. I think that is why they are calling 5 times as much. My advice is let them identify themselves and then send info to investigators. They aren't the only ones that can record phon calls.
844-475-9281 dialed back recorded voice claims to be some kind of bogus research whatever.. If you "press one for English" you get some wog in Bangladesh or India in a turban saying his name in Victor (or an other American sounding name). Background noises sounds like some sort of all center people talking in conversations. Most likely it's a collection scammer this only happened after I refused to pay a doctor's bill for an office visit where I was refused treatment. (why pay for no services rendered..?). It's a bullshit scammer.
